We are happy to discuss various levels of service and fees to fit in with your requirements, and can work on an incentivised fee basis to save you time and money by sourcing materials at costs our clients could not mormally achieve.

Maintenance Services
We don't charge a call out fee and quotations are free, we will discuss smaller jobs over the phone, or come and provide a quotation for larger jobs by meeting you to discuss what you require.
In both instances we will agree with you the work required, and an estimate of the time required to complete the work prior to starting.
During 9 am to 5.30 pm our rates are;
- £40.00 - 1st hour then;
- £15.00 - For each half hour thereafter
We are happy to discuss work outside of these hours to fit in with you. Call us now to discuss, we are sure we can help.
For larger jobs, we can provide a total cost for the work.
On completion of work, customers will be provided with a detailed invoice. Payment is by cash or cheque on invoicing. Stage payments will be agreed for larger projects, payable within 30 days of the agreed schedule.
